  • Paul is available to help with setup but not on the night of the event.

Haunted House:
I told the group that I had received an email from Kevin in which he recommended skipping a year on the Haunted House. Members present were concerned that if we took a year off it might not start back up. There was also concern about the financial impact to the Historical Home budget. We decided to make a final push for the Haunted House on Saturday, October 27. Members will try to recruit 15 to 20 helpers.

Meeting Notes for 2018_09-19

Below is a copy of my meeting notes from our meeting on 9/19/2018

Just a quick note to let you know the outcome from our meeting yesterday (9/19/18). Because we did not have a quorum, we did not conduct any business. Those in attendance were:

Herman, Tom H, Tom L, Tom R, Leon, Dan, and Gray
We collected $4 in Happy Dollars

I think that covers everything. Please try to make it if you can next week. We need to get some official business recorded and cannot do so unless we have a minimum of 8 members present. See you next week,

Dan
